I applied at the company website and I ve been asked to give the online web interview within 72 hours. It was a bit awkward speaking in front of the camera. As other candidates described the process was to prepare the question in half a minute and answering within a minute. It was 5 questions in total and all the questions can be found in here.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
