Behavioral first round, second round had a case study, mock cold call, and more behavioral questions. All done virtually. Met multiple young employees and no senior members. Provided good preparation material for the second round interview.

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.
