The whole interview was through video but not live, and we had a timer for every question. In my opinion, this was not the best way to assess candidates. Most candidates will probably do better in a live interview and the timer only serves to stress them out.

Multiple early stage interviews relating to experience and personality, followed by a case study interview and then a 3rd meet the team interview, didn’t get to meeting 3 so can’t explain further
It was a fast paced conversation and they seemed like they knew exactly the kind of applications they were looking for. I’m not sure if they really cared much about me as a person.
