Interview
I applied for the role online and was contacted the following day with a request to complete a video/written interview assignment. I was given 72 hours in which to complete the interview assignment. The written questions were fairly straightforward but did require some thought, especially in order to give detail in a concise manner. The video portion was the more difficult of the two due to the limited time given for an answer.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
