The process involved submitting an application and then being asked to complete a video interview which lasted five minutes.

Question 1
Questions were straightforward enough. Asked about other positions applied to, what I understood the company did, obstacles that I had overcome and how.
Simple straightforward. mostly focused on behavioral questions. The interview was very nice and really seemed to want to get to know me. The interview lasted about an hour. I got the impression that AlphaSights is a fun place to be. Everyone I interviewed with was young and they all talked about the fun and youthful enviorment at AlphaSights
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at AlphaSights in Mar 2015

I applied online and the following day was asked to perform video interview.
All the questions have been listed here except one question 'How would you describe your leadership style?'
I was given 60s for all of the questions.
I am still waiting for the response.

Rcvd an email requesting an video intervew the next day after submitting my application online. Although I've read thru some of the questions beforehand here, it was still hard for me cuz I didn't have time to prepare. I'm not expecting a second round of interview.
