Initial call with a recruiter to gain an insight into the role. This was followed by two subsequent calls with more senior members of staff which entailed more technical questions. A language test also had to be carried out.

Describe a situation in which you had to work under pressure.
It was generally a positive experience and I am in the third phase of the interview process. First was just submitting resume, cover letters and other information about myself. Second was a video record session where I was given with a question and had to record myself answering the question for a minute. I am now in third phase where I will be having an online interview with hiring team in Hong Kong.
The interview process was three rounds. Initial screening, one on one interview, I didn't make it past the second round, but there was a final interview with team lead afterward.

Role a play a scenario based on the case study you're given.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
