Interview
Applied for the position of Associate and submitted my CV to their website. Not long until I received a link to the AVA test that was to be completed within 72 hours. I suggest everyone to thoroughly practice and to basically expect the unexpected. Also to be sure that you've done your research regarding AlphaSights.

(1) What was your first job? (2) How have you reached decisions about your career interests? (3) What does AlphaSights do in your own words. (4) What interested you in (pursing this as your career, sorry forgot the actual phrasing)?
1st call interview >2nd hr interview > case study interview(if passed) > final interview(if passed). all interview is proceeding with English. and native speakers are needed. and hr people were kind

Interview process was ok, several stages and language test as it was a particular language speaking role, only downside really was very little feedback given at the end when not successful. When I asked for a feedback call as to why I wasn’t successful they didn’t answer my question and it was a 2 mins call saying that I was just unsuccessful.

Interview
It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
