I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at AlphaSights (London, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
I passed the video/written questions stage and got invited for an interview in the AS London office. The interview lasted for 1:15 hours and the interviewers were very keen to hear everything I knew about AS. They didn't ask many personnal questions and the interview mostly focused on my understanding of their work. So I would recommend to do some serious research about the indistry before taking the interview.
I would say it was a pretty standard behavioral interview. They asked questions in both Japanese and English since this was for a position in Japan. It was conducted over Zoom, if I remember correctly.
via zoom. first round was casual just some questions and explaining the company, the second one they had me prepare a case study and do research and then proceeded to tell me everything i did wrong. needless to say did not get an offer
Extensive over multiple rounds, first its get to know you style, after that they make you cold call without context. If you ask for context, none is provided. Must do industry research beforehand.
