Sat down with the franchise owner and had a long conversation about the position and relevant responsibilities. Discussed salary and company atmosphere as well as general business information and trends.

Lots of electronic job listings. Had applied for position in wide format which I had experience in but wanted position in graphic design using my degree. Didnt pursue position. Contacted months later for a design position. Willing to have phone interview and answer all my questions. Then in person 2nd interview. Offered job soon after. Great they followed up on interest.
