I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Alpha Omega Agency in Jan 2022
Interview
I had a phone screen with the manager. The second interview was technical with the team. Where they were asking questions like what would be the result if you would divide negative infinity by 0 in JS. Apart from that rest of the questions were pretty standard related to JS, react, and behavioral.
Then third interview was with the project management team and the CEO of the company. Everyone keep asking the same questions from google lol.
Then fourth interview was with the manager again, to talk about my compensation level. Over here we had a miscommunication. Turns out I shot for very high but I expected them to at least gave their range so that we could negotiate somewhere between their end and mine.
After done with the fourth interview I was pretty sure I would get an offer letter next day but I got the rejection email saying I don't have much experience for the role.
This was the rejection that hit me the most hardest.
