A bit sketchy. They're hiring entry level people to work hard and then become an office manager in less than a year. My guess is that they find someone inexperienced and then see how hard they can work them until they quit, justifying it with this idea of them regularly making six figures in just a few months.

Interviewer was vague about compensation. Appears to be commission only. Manager said he would pay a base salary for a few weeks, and would continue base if he "felt like it". Would not confirm or deny is the company is an MLM.
