I was interviewed by 2 managers and asked questions on how to deal with a potential shelter breakout, in regards to a client possibly getting violent and how to approach that situation.

The interview process is very lengthy. They do their best to outline the expectations from each individual and make sure they know that the work environment is challenging. Be prepared to talk a lot about what Alpha House does and know their programs, and mission statement by heart and make sure you believe in them. Also be able to explain how you take care of yourself during tough times.
