It is a Stage Interview Process where you get to meet the MD of the company and he makes sure that you're capable enough to go further with in the next stage. The next stage is where you meet an employee in a similar or higher role and get to know them. He or she explains what the role is all about in detail. They take you on an observation from where they compare you to other candidates and make sure the skill set you have is of the highest grade, make sure you separate yourself. If you do make it through this stage then you are in the last stage where you meet the MD and he gets to know you more and about why you want the job so bad. Again, be real and desperate yourself from the normal/average. I actually turned down HSBC when I got offered a position here.

Every detail about the business and progression was described perfectly! It's a difficult interview process but so rewarding when you're accepted. You're not judged academically! It's all down to you. Everyone is given a chance to prove themselves.
