Very general questions about myself. 2 fellow tax associates asked me questions. They were very nice and welcoming to fresh college graduates. Asked me why I want to work here. I answered I wanted to explore different careers as a new graduate.

Applied online by sending in my resume. After a few weeks they sent an email, asking for a possible time to go into their Santa Clara office and do an interview. The interview was very casual and they asked about resume and to go into more detail.

Interview
You need at least basic to advance knowledge of bookkeeping and tax knowledge to be even be considered. Will test accounting knowledge. A good personality is a must. Such as hobbies, be well rounded and must be in clubs.
