Interview
You must do an online assessment and upload your resume. The assessment analyses your technical and customer service skills. The actual interview is simple, as long as you can speak clearly and have understanding of common language and sense you are sure to get the position. Just be honest in your scheduling capabilities. The training has strict scheduling guidelines that may not be changeable once your begin class.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
