Interview
It took a couple of hours to complete. At first they ask you to read this script in order for them to hear your voice. After you need to respond some questions from a video scenario, and rate the caller and employer based on the scenario. Whether the employee did a good job or not. Next, you have to answer a call which is the (hiring manager) and you have to read the same script as before, it's mainly so they hear how you sound ( confident, clear etc...) Last, we had a group interview. The hiring manager asked us questions which we all had to answer, and some which were just individual questions. We also had to do a mock call with the hiring manager where you represented any company that you liked.

Mi experiencia fue muy positiva. La entrevista fue amena y de forma presencial, en la cual te hacían algunas preguntas básicas y analizaban tus respuestas. Todo comenzó con una convocatoria rápida tras postularme por una plataforma de empleo.

Interview
First they called me so I could talk with a representative, and after that call and answering a little questionnaire, I answer to their call, They ask me simple things like why I wanted to work there, if I´ve went through any difficult situation, How would I manage to solvea problem if the other person is angry. It was a really chill interview, They said that I need to do another interview, this time with a client, wish me luck.

Interview
Easy interview process, took a month after getting offered before starting though, other than that everything went smooth. During the interview they want o get a feel for how good at conversing you are as well as the verbage / professionalism that you user and display.
