Interview
First you apply online, then you come in and take a test about customer service kind of like a simulator then if you pass the test you have to take a drug and background test. you interview when you take the test
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
