I applied in-person. I interviewed at Alorica (Topeka, KS) in May 2012
Interview
Really easy procedure. Not very much work history discussed. References were checked, so be sure to offer actual persons. There were no trick questions, and the processs was not very time consuming, which one can appreciate. Depending upon the position being sought, education was not covered thoroughly. A high school diploma is required.
There was a large job fair that consists of two interviews. I returned for a third interview. It consists of questioning and a 15 minute presentation showcasing my training skill sets.

They asked about conflict resolution at a previous job.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Alorica (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online and received a call from HR about one day later. She was very polite and straightforward about the position, including the pay rate, which unfortunately was an incredibly low market rate (13/hour). I declined to move forward in the process at that time. However, over the next week, my situation changed, and I re-applied and was contacted again by HR. In the end, I did end up accepting another offer with more competitive pay, but I was very appreciative of their promptness to reply and being given a second chance to consider the position. This was an exceptional HR experience - also, I thought their job posting was nicely stated and laid out expectations and duties in a straight-forward manner. I was only disappointed in the low pay rate, which resulted in my accepting another offer.

Question 1
It was just a meet-and-greet type screening and quick review of my resume experience - I did not move on to the official phone interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Alorica (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Initial pre screening interview went very well. Human resource agent was friendly, prompt, respectful, polite, and helpful. This was a very basic introductory interview, but I do wish it had more information regarding the position.
