Interview
1] An initial {group/panel } interview which composed of up to 10 applicants with at least 2 interviewers.
2] upon passing the initial interview, you have to go through a one on one psychological interview
3] the next step will the online examinations, character and logical based questions and the
typing speed test with 25wpm.
4] upon passing, you will be asked to wait for at least 4 hours or you have the option to come back the next day for the final interview at 10 pm. [10 pm onwards are the most common time available for the floor supervisors and operations managers who will be conducting the final interviews.

Interview
The interview process in this company is easy considering that it is a CSR role, but it makes sense since it is an entry level role. I'm satisfied with I undergo with the interview process in this company.
The interview process is pretty straightforward and if you are chosen for the job you are walked through everything you need to do. And once the background check is done everything goes by pretty quickly.
The interview process is smooth and easy. There is an initial interview and an exam that you have to pass first before the final interview. It is just a one day process and it is very efficient.
