Interview
Three telephone interviews and online skills tests. I received an offer letter of employment. After accepting, I was directed to take a Federal DOT drug pre-screen (due to “emergency” nature of some calls). 2 weeks following background and drug test, they sent an email that they would not move forward with me. I repeatedly had to call to inquire as to why.
