Application is submitted online. An email is sent stating the application was received. A member of HR emails you that they are interested in proceeding with a phone interview and time is set. Drug testing and background check is mandatory. Initial Phone interview with HR recruiter to screen for potential candidates is completed and then you are informed they will contact you if you are selected to go onto the 2nd stage. Upon selection, you advance to face-to-face interview with Operations Management team which is scheduled by HR. Once selected a call is made to formally offer the position and then the salary offer. Schedule and benefits are explained and an employee benefits packet is provided.
