I applied online. I interviewed at Alo Yoga (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jun 2025
Interview
I submitted an application online and three days later had a group interview. They went over what alo stands for and their mission statement. Had everyone introduce themselves and talk about what stood out to them from the mission statement. It was difficult to give much information about yourself because there were two interviewers and 7 candidates.

Question 1
What is your experience with inventory and visual merchandising?
I applied online. I interviewed at Alo Yoga (London, England)
Interview
Pretty chill. I was interviewed by a store manager and operations manager. The interview felt like a conversation rather than a formal interview.
Common interview questions including why should we choose you and not other candidates were asked.
The manager asked me pretty basic questions but she was overall very sweet and a great conversationalist. She also went over the roll and it’s expectations and why she needed this role filled.

Question 1
What would you do if you didn’t get along with a coworker
I applied online. I interviewed at Alo Yoga (Tulsa, OK) in Nov 2025
Interview
Alo does group interviews, which was something I had never done before. Overall, it was super easy and the questions were very basic. Just be yourself and tell them why you want to work there. It also only took about 15 minutes.
