Hi, this is the People Success team responding. Thank you for providing feedback. We take all feedback seriously and are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with us.
We understand why it is important to connect with candidates before sending across a task, and we largely follow this in practice. However, at times when we have high volume applicants or the hiring manager or recruiter is unavailable, we tend to email the task directly but encourage candidates to let us know if they cannot attempt the task or need an extension.
We also as part of practice share feedback with each candidate, but at times owing to bandwidth crunch, we send across a communication on rejection and encourage candidates to reach out for feedback.
All that said, we understand how you felt and apologize for the experience we gave - hope you know it wasn’t our intent. As a company, we strive to create a positive experience in all our people interactions - our employees, candidates and customers.
