Having 6+ years experience in this field, I thought I would be a good fit for this company. After not hearing anything from them, I called about my application. I was told that according to their culture survey, I was not a good fit for their company. Huh? How can judge a person without ever meeting and talking to them. When I asked the guy on the phone what exactly was I lacking because it sure wasn't experience or good references, this guy actually says to me, well to be honest, I really don't understand the whole culture survey thing. It's some crazy tool a couple of "woke" office people came up with. So this place never even gave me and who knows how many other hard working, qualified people a chance over some redicullous survey. The second company I applied to hired me on the spot. Funny thing, at least 4 other new hires had the same experience with Alltek Energy Systems. It's a construction company you weirdos, not a therapists office.
