The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allstate (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in May 2010
Interview
I applied online and recieved a call from an Allstate Recruiter about 1 and 1/2 weeks later. I was asked to schedule a phone interview. Upon passing phone interview, I was aksed to complete skill/IQ/personality assessment online. Once passing assessment, I was asked to send an email to a recruiter informing them that my assessment was complete. Then I was asked to email a range of dates that I would be available to interview. I was then called to schedule the interview. The interview consisted of a 2:1 panel and I was aksed 2 questions similar to the behavioral questions of the phone interview. Then they just talked to me about what the position entailed. I was called about 5 days later with an offer.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when a customer didnt feel you were helping them and how did you turn it around?
Very thorough, but friendly. They do ask the common interview questions using the STAR method and then go through the job responsibilities and training schedule. They answered any questions you may have that were not apparent in the job listing.
Too many interviewers on Zoom to focus on questions being asked and who was asking. Very distracting from the whole interview process. I wish they gave an interview rating or a reason as to why I was not chosen
