You apply online, they send you a link for an assessment, then you go meet a manager, which will show you around, and "let you know as your little secret, that you are hired"

First it is a phone interview through hirevue in which you record yourself after automated questions. Secondly, it is a video interview with the hiring manager. At last, a spanish assessment test through phone.
