Interview
The interview process took little over one and a half months. It was a great process with a preliminary interview, technical interview, and final onsite interview. All interviewers were friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know me better as a candidate.

Personally, I felt that the program's goal is to get participants to stay at Allstate after the program finishes. I was worried about the question, "Where does this position fit in your 5 year plan" because I honestly don't see myself at Allstate after the program.
