It was a quick interview. It was conversational and smooth. They asked a lot about my experience and I was able to ask questions to them. I thought it went good. I felt a little out of place because I was dressed up and they interviewers were wearing t-shirt and jeans.

Bit lengthy, but awesome outcome at the end. Worth the wait. Never felt like attending some intense interview. All were very supportive throughout the process. Please do well in the Versent round and all will fall in place.

Questions are primarily behavioral questions - a core component in Allstate interviewing. “Tell me about a time” scenarios are what it is primarily based around. It is critical that you answer using the STARS framework or you will be overlooked quickly
