I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Allstar Innovations in Feb 2023
Interview
This position was listed with a salary of 90-110k. I had two interviews with this company, and they were willing to offer me the job but only between 80-90k. The recruiter I worked with did their best to advocate for me and see why they decided to offer me lower than the salary listed. In my interview, they asked if I’d worked with excel before, and if not they were willing to teach me. During the negotiation process, they then explained they couldn’t offer me the salary listed because they didn’t want me to make more than someone already in the company that would have to train me in excel. I was really disappointed in this entire process after. The company was not able to provide a clear idea of the candidate they were looking for. After the second interview, I waited three weeks to hear back, and they decided to no longer move forward with me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Allstar Innovations
Interview
Not stressful at all, was just asked a few general questions about past internships. HR is very nice and the team i was interviewing for was very welcoming. This is not a stressful place to work and the interview process wasn't either.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Allstar Innovations in Aug 2010
Interview
Interview consisted of talking on the phone with HR, meeting with VP of marketing and some team members. All questions were straight forward. Lasted approx. two hours. I was offered the position the day after the interview. The culture is very small business oriented not very professional. Some employees are happy while others are completely miserable.
