Allmand Bros interview questions

Quick (about 5 minutes). Very informal and laid back. I knew the person interviewing me so we already knew he was going to hire me as long as I was interested in the job. He took me on the tour of the entire building then showed me the area that I would be working in and had me watch the operators processes. Then he showed me the exact machine I would run and went over expectations of that job and machine. Asked if I was still interested and I said Yes. Then we negotiated a starting wage and I started the next week.
