Two step process: first interview with 2-3 Management staff and second interview with panel of staff. The panel interview was challenging because it was difficult to get a feel for the team culture.
It was great—smooth and friendly. Recruiter was good at interviewing someone with a non traditional background, which is often a struggle for corporate situations. After that I had an interview with the hiring manager and following that an offer was extended. Then I received an offer in writing.
