As long as you have a clean record for 7 years and are willing to get your security license they will hire you. Cost to apply for license roughly 200. They provide the instruction (self paced) on site at no additional cost. Then you wait for clearance 2 to 6 weeks then you are working

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
