I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
I had a phone screening with an HR recruiter. I then had a Zoom interview with the VP of Sales, followed by and interview with a BDM as well. Finally, I went to office in Downtown Chicago for an in person interview. I was given an offer the same day as my final interview. The whole process was about 2 weeks.

Question 1
Personality questions, asked me about school and relevant work experience, how I take no for an answer.
Met with leadership via zoom for initial conversation. Pretty standard questions and behavioral stuff. Met in person and went over more details of the role and how I would function. Final step, I met with a sales manager as a 'get to know me' and learned how past BDA's operated.
