I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Allied Universal (Pittsburgh, PA) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview was typical of most entry level jobs. I met with the manager and supervisor of the location I was seeking to work at. It was a pleasant experience.
I was asked questions about my ability to deal with a high level of interaction with customers, employees and others that would be entering the building I'd be working in. I was also notified that I'd be located in a specific location every 45 minutes as we are rotated and if that was okay.
The job requires a background screen and drug test, as well as off site training. I was obviously told about my pay and the benefits I would receive. Overall it was pretty straightforward and not too lengthy.

Question 1
How are you, when it comes to dealing with customers?
Interview experience with this company was nothing short of disappointing. As I attempted to interview, show up, and complete all steps communicated; I was faced with a no-show interview with little-to-no communication.

No interview really. Quick hire. Hired same day, started working that next week. When I switched sites I had to interview but even then they just asked was I ok with the schedule and could I come in for the orientation the next day.
