I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal Corporation (Malvern, PA) in Jun 2017
Interview
Casual, laid back, easy, easy easy. no prep required just show up, but early it can be hard to find the place and you will very likely get a job because turnover is high and retention is about a month
I interviewed at Allied Universal Corporation (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and simple. They asked you a couple questions about your prior work history and they also ask you to explain why you think you’re a good fit for the role.

Why do you believe that you were qualified for this job?
I applied online. I interviewed at Allied Universal Corporation in Mar 2023
Interview
Started with an automated interview. Was then sent a date for in person interview. They had no idea I was comming. Had about 2 min interview...then scheduled 1 of 2 orientation dates. YOU ARE NOT PAID FOR 1ST ORIENTATION. Absolute garbage management period. Non existent. I had ZERO communication waiting on guard card etc. OVERALL STAY AWAY, UNLESS YOU LOVE ABUSE, NO FLEXIBILITY, WORKING WITH INCREDIBLY IGNORANT PEOPLE. Bottom of the barrel employment...a big mistake.
The interview went very smooth and just as I expected. They were upfront about the hourly pay and met the requirements I needed for the right job at the right location.
