I was approached by the company. They started to contact me ~6 month ago before I made the decision to join them. Their president met me, then the boarder directors met me, followed by Chairman. They invited me to visit the company, I met with the key members. They even presented their business strategy and road map together with their finance status. Their sincere and honest approach moved me, I finally decided to join this start-up and take the VP position for business development and marketing & sales.
