In the first phase affordable psychometric tests were conducted, the second phase an interview was conducted with HR and in the third phase corresponded to an interview with the department manager and HR together.

Interview
Applied online, invited to the assessment centre in Horsley. All candidates asked to take part in business case, presentation, group task and individual interview. Lunch with current graduates who are available to answer any questions. The day was well structured and all assessors were extremely friendly and welcoming.
