Contact with the HR department, in order to set all the documentation they need (background university, diplomas, work experience...), get a call with them, then get an interview with the interviewers

my experience, explain what are the basics of agile and project management
Telephonic HR round followed by technical round. Technical round was of 1 hr duration. Some of the Questions asked were:-
1. What happens in Scrum ceremonies
2. How you do task estimation
3. Resolving conflicts between client expectations and developers' velocity
4. Agile metrics like velocity, cycle time
5. Charts which you use in Scrum
6. How you remove blockers that turn up in daily standups as a SM.
7. Servant leadership
8. Tackling frequent changes to scope
9. How you will help the product owner in backlog management
