Apply online. Contacted the same week for a phone interview with basic questions and opportunity to hear more about the job tasks & what they are looking for, contacted afterwards for an in-person interview with hiring manager(s) and approx. 2 weeks after with the hiring decision.

It was exhausted, confusing and never clear about what kind of position I would get as they were needed different new students. They did not make me feel comfy at all, and was an interview by videocall with 5 "managers", one of them looked a bit high... It was totally a waisting of time , and also they did not give me any response until I asked directly , and was not student job for me, of course.
