I first interviewed with ATK in September of 2011 after a college job fair. I was with an HR rep and an engineer alum from my school. (The interview was very easy. Simple behavioral questions.) That year, ATK took a very long time to give out summer offers. I received some emails asking if I was still interested in Jan/Feb. I had a second phone interview in March and an offer the next day.
My second summer, ATK gave me an offer in November. Almost too early this time. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay with the company (and not have to do anymore internship searching) or if I wanted a different experience. I ended up taking the position due to a hefty pay raise (return/now had a bachelor's degree) and a location change (closer to Salt Lake City).
