Similar experience as another user here. I had an unusual screening interview with a recruiter, to say the least. She asked weird questions like my phone number? -- this info would obviously be on my resume and application. Additionally, asked me what my hobbies are (?). Finally stated at the end of the interview that a specific person would contact me by the middle of next week. This was months ago and I haven't heard anything back since.
