Being interviewed by several people.All will ask different questions, They tend to watch your actions while others talk. After the interview you are told someone will be in touch. they wait a few months before they call and if you don't here from them you have to keep calling leaving a message, until they get time to return your call.

Are you willing to work overtime? but they don't tell you how much.Working 10-12 hr. 6-7 days a week can be deadly to you body.

Interview
I was hired on as a technician in July 2010. The interview was very easy and simple. They asked me if I could pass a background check and if I had a valid drivers license. I also had to take a pre-employment drug test. I talked to all three owners and they all seemed to like my background and experience.
