Interview
This company posts job ads all over the internet, and is very vague in the description of what kind of sales jobs they are hiring for. Currently, they are spamming ads for "sports marketing sales".... After specifically asking someone in their recruiting department if this entailed door-to-door or B2B sales, during a phone interview (and being told no..), I went to the in-person interview. Here, it was clear that indeed this is just another commission-based door-to-door sales job. Waste of time.

Interview
3 step process
First step HR manager asks you about yourself if they like you they'll invite you for a one on one interview with one of their hiring managers.
Next round you job shadow and spend a full 8 hrs with one of the account managers to see what they do. If the Manager likes you he/she will invite you to do a final interview with them and offer you a job.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you self motivated or need to be motivated? How do you deal with adversity?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Alliance Team (Sacramento, CA) in May 2013
Interview
The turn-around time for the callback was not very long at all. I had applied to several places, but they called me back first. The interview was pretty quick, maybe 15 minutes. He asked me about myself and previous experience. He was also understanding that I do not have much sales experience.
The next interview was more of a training day. I was able to see the products they offer and how to approach possible customers. All in all, it was an easy interview.
