In my case, I met with two company employees at Louisiana Tech University for the first one on one interview. It consisted of mainly background information, personal experience, personality evaluation e.t.c. The second interview was conducted on site with five other employees in the engineering department and service department. It was a very straightforward process with no skills test or examinations.
