Interview is done in two section Hr person and nursing...testing done skills assessment busy office lots of paperwork to complete must allow for time and be prepared with information from confirmation emails, which is helpful...able to make your own schedule and can set preferred availability

Interview
The interview process was very simple. There was only one interview. They ask you about your experience in the health care field. They ask if you are certified. They have a sheet that has a bunch of things on it such as, do you know how to take vitals, do you know how to prepare a meal for diabetics, and so on. After the interview if your clearance checks out they will call you back in the office to start training.
