Allegiance Health Management interview questions

I had 2 phone 1 skype .They could see me I could not see them. They offer 13,000 per year under the average. The HR talent person started talking about how they base hiring on how well you pay your bills and started a diatribe about financial responsibility which was illegal and insulting to say the least. This made me decide against considering any offers... If they did a background screen they never got my permission to do so.
