Very straightforward interview process - I was asked about me and my experience, then one straightforward clinical question. Lots of open discussion, then a shadow opportunity with a nurse on the unit.

Interview
I initially had a phone interview with HR after applying, then I was interviewed by the manager and assistant manager of my unit. Another nurse working on my unit joined us part way through the interview and asked a few questions. After the interview, I toured the unit and was free to leave.

Interview
Phone interview then face to face and hired. Very easy they were ready to hire me on the spot. Referral gets you in quick. They actually took a bunch of us nurses out to dinner to make us accept their offer.
