I sent in resume, application and transcripts. My name was placed on a list and I was informed of what number I was. I waited to be called. That took about 2 months. The interview was a 2-person interview. One was nurse and one was HR manager. I only had one interview. The salary and job description was given at the interview. No tour. Notified 1 week later of offer. This organization does not contact your former employer until after you are hired. OK process. County is very antiquated in its approach in my opinion.
