Two virtual interviews. One that was only half an hour where they asked me questions about AI and my prior experience relevant to the position. For the 2nd interview, they sent me a scenario via email the week of and had me share my answers.
Thorough, face-to-face and personable. I had a great interview experience here. Plenty of time for me to ask questions that I had about the work environment. Two other employees in the room, besides me, to conduct the interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Allegan County (Allegan, MI)
Interview
Meet with Director of Information technology. They were very friendly. We talked about various PC video games that we played back in the day. They asked me a few technical questions about active directory and some basic PC questions. Then I was given a skills based assessment were I had to transfer a file from one computer to the other utilizing the network without anything being previously setup to do so.
