Involved a few rounds with typical trading games, and probability questions. It focussed slightly more on options theory than other firms that are in this space. Overall it was a good process handled professionally.

Interview
It was a sequence test, followed by a time reaction test and a multitasking test. You need concrete training for the sequences, if you haven't trained before, it is nearly impossible to get it throught.
Online Assesment vervolg door een gesprek met HR. Belangrijk om de optie thoerie daar al te kennen. vervolgd door een technical met twee traders. Interview bestaat uit standaard vragen voor een technical maar meer optie kennis noodzakelijk dan bij andere bedrijven.
